Who won the contest? I know that Elaine and Kramer are not the Masters of their domains but I couldn't tell who was the last to fall--I know Jerry and George both gave in--but when?

Rick, I hate to rehash this, but concerning number 1 above:
a) George claims to have won, and there are no signs that he has lied. b) George is known to lie. c) Every time George lies, we either know he is lying Either he acts like he is lying or We know he is lying due to prior knowledge d) Nothing should make us conclude that George has in fact lied.
I believe that when George said he won, 1) it was funny and 2) it confirmed that he did in fact win.
The episode implied that it was a tie between Jerry and George. But in the Puffy Shirt, when interviewing for a hand model job and the plight of some renowned hand model is described (hand transformed into a deformed claw because of excessive masturbation), George adds "You don't have to worry about me. I won a contest!". It still could have been a tie even with that statement and George doesn't admit about the incident when his mother caught him.
After Jerry gets worked up and then abandoned by Marla the Virgin, he then goes to his window to observe the "naked woman." It is implied, but never confirmed, that this proves to be his undoing. Also, early in the episode, Kramer, after he succumbs, points at Jerry and prophetically says, "She'll get you next!"
Coupled with George's later claim that he won (in "The Puffy Shirt"), I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that George was the winner. It would be ironic, since his lack of self-control was the reason for the contest.
Anyone out there know if this was based on a real-life experience that Larry David, Jerry Seinfeld or Kenny Kramer might have had?
I mentioned this the last time The Contest aired. I feel the contest was unfairly in George's favor. It started right after George did it; who knows how long Jerry had been holding out before the contest started? And besides, Jerry got led on by the virgin while all George did was gawk at two women in a hospital.
I don't think George actually completed the act. His mother interrupted him and that was what started the ball rolling.

Sure enough, Kenny mentions on his Reality Tour (which is spectacular, by the way), that there was an actual contest, but he didn't participate.
I think George won the contest...Kramer was the first one to give in..then Jerry and Elaine...I'm not sure though which one was first...but I think George was the last one...so I guess he won the contest. Oh, yeah..I just remembered...at the very end of the show they showed George at the hospital visiting his mother...and then through the curtain he saw a nurse giving a bath to a woman-patient....I'm now pretty sure that George was the one who won the contest.

Also, we see in the episode that Jerry does in fact "cave" immediately after the virgin rejects him, whereas George never caves.
It was george. In a later ep, where George got a job as a hand model, one of the staff mentioned how the former model's hand became deformed because..."no woman could compare to...his hand." George replied, "Oh, you don't have to worry about me. I won a contest."
