He did the "twitching" thing when the infamous Lloyd Braun caught George elbowing Jerry when George tired of hearing how successful Lloyd was in the mayor's office. So when Lloyd caught him giving Jerry the elbow, George ("My Whole Life is a Lie") Costanza told Lloyd it "came and went," which led to Lloyd giving him the card of the mayor's therapist, saying, "I'll be interested in hearing the results."
