2)  I had never seen "The Contest" before.  At the beginning I was afraid
    it had been built up so much that it would never meet my expectations.
    The opening minutes were *very* weak.  The gang was sitting around
    Monk's and laughing at each other's jokes.  Their attempts to
    suppress smiles when George told them about getting caught with the
    GLAMOUR magazine was atrocious "acting."  Once they had agreed to
    the contest, however, it became a decent episode.

Did anyone see the Master of your Domain re-run last night on FOX? It was awesome. One of the funniest seinfelds I've ever seen.

I saw this episode too. I agree, it's one of their best shows ever. i love the camaraderie between the four main characters.

We in Indy can only cry. After waiting two years to FINALLY see this ep, it was bumped Monday for the stupid Pacers-Hawks game (which was ALREADY being carried by the TBS channel!). I HATE living in Indiana!

Now how long until "The Contest" is broadcast again????

i do know that that show along with about twenty others were just purchased for syndication. that is why there are a bunch on this week that we have never seen here before. anyway, that leads me to think that they will repeat these soon like they did the first batch. hopefully.

      Maybe the best scene- Kramer bursts in, "I'm out!", takes out
      cash- ranks with waking up and blurting out "Yo-Yo Ma!"- and
      telling Jerry "extra MSG" on the Chinese food order.

I sympathize with those who live in Indiana. When I lived there, KUNG FU kept getting bumped for Pacers games -- on both the Indianapolis *and* the Terre Haute ABC affiliates!
