Chinese gum

This question may not be all that clear, because I am not sure of the details of the episode which it pertains to, but I will give it a shot anyhow. Does anyone remember an episode where Kramer had some Chinese gum that he just loved? I think in this episode he was also working on remodeling a theatre. Anyhow, If anyone remembers the episode, can you remember exactly what kind of gum it was?

I really don't think the type was mentioned. It was just gum that loony Lloyd Braun got from a shop in China Town. And thanks to the wacko glasses Kramer made him wear, Jerry bought $100 worth of it. One of the best episodes ever, IMHO.

As I recall the episode, the characters mentioned that the gum had an interesting taste, but that's about it. Since the gum I've seen has no English on the label, they wouldn't have figured out the flavor unless they recognized the drawing on the package or recognized the taste of ginseng.

Actually it was Kramer's friemd (who had had a nervous breakdown and also dated Elaine) who loved the gum so much. Jerry got railroaded into buying a case of it to nurture the guy's psyche. When Jerry tasted it he said it was terrible and had a "lo-meiny" tatste to it. What was the guy's name though?
