Fans find episode mediocre with forced Kramer moments, but appreciate several clever lines about a pretend marriage and dry cleaning arrangement.

Man, this group is hard to predict. I thought last night's episode was one of the weakest in quite a while - I gave up March Madness for that? :) Kramer's spots were particularly forced.

There were quite a few bright spots among the uncharacteristically mediocre dialogue:

"My wife this, my wife that. It's a great way to start a sentence." - J "My wife has an inner-ear infection...I like that!" - K

"Do the medical journals say anything about standing in someone else's urine?" - J

"Bottle-wipe is big." - J "What about the open-mouth kiss?" - G "Bottle-wipe supercedes it." - J

"What if he left you a used Kleenex? Would that be a valentine?" - G

"I guess I wasn't ready for the responsibilities of a pretend marriage." - J

Pardon the paraphrasin' -- especially on the fourth!

Well, it's a sitcom... one of the most laid-back of the bunch... the characters seem to act out the parts naturally (George is really good playing the part he does), and I sorta agree with you on Kramer - although his hyperactive movements and strange one-liners are funny, he sometimes is a little overdone. But I usually find a little humor in some aspect of the things he does.

Haha... this was the dialogue that someone else in this group was referring to - where everyone else's conversation didn't seem to affect him in the least.

That was George's best line of that episode... I like the one from last weeks (Babu's diner) when George gets the 85 on the IQ test - "Oh hello, PROFESSOR." or the one where Elaine tells George to go to that psychiatrist and she doesn't like the pilot script. He's then waiting behind Jerry's front door and right when Elaine enters he starts, "So you send me to this psychiatrist..." Classic George.
