Smugness is not a good quality

The actor portraying the cab driver that says"Smugness is not a good quality" Is he in more than one episode? I think he is but I'm not sure... This is one of my favorite lines by a bit player, can anyone think of any others.. So unKarlFarbmanlike

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't he also the cab driver whom George upsets on his rushing home to get to Jerry's apartment to tell him to answer the phone as "Vandelay Industries" in 'The Boyfriend'? (I think that's the episode...) In any case...George suggests that the cabby get into "the other lane" and then states "you know what, bad decision. Could you get back into the other lane?" Then the cabby gets mad and forcibly removes George from the cab.... anyone remember this?
