Fans recall how Kramer ended up with a billboard sign featuring him as the Marlboro Man after suing a cigarette company for health damage.
Can someone remind me how did Kramer get the sign of him smoking on top of a tower or something? (If you also know where was the sign was hung up tell me.)

It's that episode where he smokes a lot and he notices (i think at a place to eat) that all the smokers had to stand outside to smoke so he invited him to his place to smoke and because of all the smoke in his place his began to look reall old and things like that,and his teeth were yellow. So he went to his lawyer and they tried to sue the cigarrete company and kramer got the billboard of him.
It was in The Abstinence - Kramer became the Marlboro man (in Times Square I believe) as a settlement before his lawyer could sue the company for Kramer's aging due to his exposure to the smokers in his apartment.
