I thought she had by now, but considering the way they kept hiding her being airplane seats and in taxicabs in the premier episode makes me wonder. . .

I am not sure, but I would guess that she has had the baby but is still off. She most likely filmed earlier and separately, that is why she was off in Europe and not with the rest of the cast. Hopefully she will be back with everyone soon.
