Fans question how Kramer has internet access and try to identify episodes where Jerry mentions being late to the internet.

In "The Butter Shave", I heard Kramer say something like "......I read on the internet that Bania's act killed...."

My question is how does Kramer have access to the internet? Does he use Jerry's Mac? I was under the impression that Jerry wasn't connected to the web hence the .wav files I've found of Jerry saying "What the hell is email?" and "Ohhh I gotta get on that internet. I'm late on everything."

Can any of you Seinfeld aficionados tell me which episodes these quotes are from?
