Questions about "The Contest"

I just watched "The Contest" (I recorded it last night). A few things didn't add up, so I thought I'd ask:

1) Kramer was the one who told Jerry about the naked girl from across the street from Jerry's place. How did he see her if he lives on the opposite side of the hall from Jerry? She could only be seen from Jerry's apartment, not Kramer's.

2) At the end, Kramer is seen sleeping with his arm around the naked girl, but in another episode, didn't he talk about how he "needs his space" when he sleeps? Remember his girlfriend who had "the jimmy legs"?

3) Also at the end, Marla (the virgin) claims "that was wonderful" after having sex with JFK, Jr. As many women know, sex for the first time is not enjoyable, but rather painful. Was Marla lying, or did she enjoy herself because of who she had sex with?

Have you seen the show? Kramer spends more time in Jerry's apartment than even Jerry does...

It's a sitcom, and with a sitcom, at times, breaking consistency for a punch-line is done...that's all...

I have no idea...I'm not a woman, I've never had sex, and I'm not a woman who's never had sex...

but then, it is a sitcom...not real life...they didn't actually have sex, the virgin (Jane Leeves, or Daphne from Frasier) and JFK Jr...
