'The Contest' and JFK jr.

So they finally reran the contest on Saturday. I was surprised that for the most part it was untouched due to the death of JFK Jr. (i thought for sure they would have cut the very end with Marla in Bed with John John). Anyways, here is my question: Towards the end of the show when George arrives to Jerrys apartment and mentions to Elaine he saw Marla get into JFK Jr.'s car there was an obvious cut as George was talking about meeting him. I was wondering, does anyone know if this was teh 'normal' syndication cut for the episode or was this a new cut due to his death. I can't imagine what george could have said that would be cut but I was curious. Thanks.

The section where we see JFK jr and Marla in bed is NOT in The Contest. That scene was in The Pilot where the writers show what many of the former people from the show were doing during the airing of the pilot : JERRY. They ranged from Sal Bass & Sidra Holland to the Drakes.

There are scenes of Marla and JFK jr. in bed in both "The Contest" and "The Pilot." The end of "The Contest" shows everyone able to get a good night's sleep now that the contest is over: Kramer is in bed with the naked woman from across the street, and Marla is in bed saying, "oh John-John, that was wonderful." I think in "The Pilot," they show Marla watching tv and calling JFK jr. to see what is on (that may not be exact, since I haven't seen "The Pilot" in a while).

Actually, I think there was a seen from "The Contest" with Marla in bed with JFK jr. Near the end of the episode, they show Elaine sleeping peacefully (alone), Jerry sleeping peacefully (alone), George sleeping peacefully (alone...he had cheated to win the contest we find out later :) ) , Kramer is sleeping with the woman across the street who didn't wear any clothes and Marla is saying how wonderful the sex was with her new found friend JFK jr, who'd picked her up crying outside Jerry's building. Can someone else confirm or deny this please? Thanks.
