My wife and I were watching Melrose Place on FOX last night and there was a shot of this man sitting with one of the main characters. My wife and I both yelled, "It's Baboo!"
It was definatly him. He didn't have any speaking lines, though. And I was sure he was destined for greatness on the airwaves after he had such sucess on Seinfeld.
Next stop for Baboo Bhat -- Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
If you like the actor and want to see him in a good film and with a speaking part, rent "Roxanne" (Steve Martin, etc...). I won't tell you which part he plays, but you won't miss him.

He was at the photo session with Jo and Billy's fiance (why can't I remember her name?).
Alison, shows up at a photo shoot that Jo was doing and just before Jo got "sick" you see this couple off to the left sitting in those director type chairs, and there he was BABOO!!

Darn, missed it. MP (or any of the Spelling shows) don't rank highly on my most watched TV shows list. The doctor's wife/ex-wife (I haven't kept up... the blonde one) is very pretty, and I remember her when she used to model some years ago. Anyway, was Babu just kinda sitting around as an extra?

Speaking of these Seinfeld extras, I'd wish that they would incorporate their extras into more episodes... I'd had loved to see Courtney Cox become a regular in the show, but then again, Jane Leeves' character (Marla the virgin) was a regular one as was Susan's (the NBC lady driven to lesbianism (according to George <G>)), which were both pretty memorable. This past Thursday's episode had quite a few references and great cameos. My favorite one was the Monk's Cafe owner coming over and saying that they couldn't have the "syrup from the outside" or else he'd have to confiscate it. He was the same one from the gay episode - "If you boys can't control yourselves, then I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave." And then followed his classic eye roll to George.
