There was one episode (I think it was "The Wife" with Courteney Cox) where Kramer and Elaine agreed that if they were both single after some amount of time (10 years?, 20?) that they would marry each other. Does anyone remember the exact terms of the agreement?

It was Jerry and Elaine, not Kramer.
