I vaguely remeber one episode where Newman walks into a bakery(?) and starts doing what I thought was the Mr. Wolfe (Harvey Kietel) routine from Pulp Fiction. ("I talk fast, I think fast... If my helps not needed here, good luck gentlemen.")
Did any else notice the similarity, or am I off my rocker?

Yeah, he was there to sanitize the muffin bottoms, he showed up with a black bag, pulled out some milk and started eating. Classic.

No, you are not off your rocker. That was definitely a reference to PULP FICTION. He even used some of the exact dialogue but not every word. That would be plagiarism wouldn't it? I also recall how Jerry Seinfeld once said that he thought the coffee shop dialogue scenes in PULP FICTION and RESERVOIR DOGS had been influenced by Seinfeld show. Tarantino also stated that he is a Seinfeld fan. It's all very incestuous but fascinating.
