I thought it was a good start-better than last years first episode. It was perfect for a first episode;not bad and not classic (gives people less expectations) . i loved the inside humor about NBC putting shows after it to get ratings tying into the Bania ordeal. I feel its a great start

Yeah, it was an ideal opener. It really was about nothing! In addition they had all the right players - David Putty, Banya and Newman.
I think they were too ambitious last year starting the season off with that bit about the "Foundation."

Just wanted to say here that I too thought it was a great season opener. Really, we should enjoy these fresh new shows while we can. While I do enjoy watching Jerry in syndication, there's nothing like watching the current run.
