Does Seinfeld parlez-vous francais?

I don't know if this has been talked about before, but I have found
out that on a French-Canadian station, they are airing a dubbed
version of Seinfeld.  This info made me wonder how do Seinfeld's funny
sayings like "Not that there's anything wrong with it" and "No soup
for you!" tranlate into French.  Anyone know French well?  Also, do
the French "get" Seinfeld?  Do they understand the jokes?  Do they
change the jokes so they French can understand?

I watch Seinfeld in french once in a while, the great thing about it is that the episodes are shown in chronoligical order. I watched it today and the episode was "The Contest"!

Using Virtual Access

in Belgium(french part not the stupid flemish one),they diffuse seinfeld on canal + (private channel) but it is the english version subtitled in french. Sometimes,jokes are modified because they don't exist any translation(like the use of english words similar to each other) so they try to find something else if they can and if not they put something stupid with no real meaning like word to word translation. At my knowledge,it hasn't been showed on any other channel and it was never dubbled in french from now on.
