Season 9: is it really as bad as some people say?

The first episode (The Butter Shave) of season 9 was shown the other day here in Sweden (it hasn't been shown until now). After all rumours about the low standard of the season 9 episode, I was afraid that it was going to suck. However, if the rest of the episodes are like this one I'm quite satisfied. Even though, I didn't like Elaine in this episode. She was a bit too "bitchy". And Jerry was a bit "phony" (to cite Mike in "The parking space"). But the "handicapped" George was great. And Kramer-hilarious.......

Seinfeld is far superior to any other comedy show, and Season 9 takes the show to a whole new level. Every episode is hilarious and seems very polished. If you liked "The Butter Shave" then you'll love the rest of the season.

During the original run of season 9, I was very disappointed in most of the episodes, however I've found that looking at them a second time in reruns, I've found many of them very funny.

The one wish the parking space was amazing! my personal favorite is the chinese restaurant one!

You've still got the best episodes of the season ahead of you. Watch especially closely for "The Betrayal," "The Serenity Now" and the one which introduces the 'Festivus' holiday to the world.

"What did you do? Rob Steven Hawking?" LOL (what's the exact quote here?) The Butter Shave was a great ep, but how come you're starting season 9 NOW? The season finale was aired in America (and for god sake, even here in Israel) more than a year ago! Is this situation the same with the rest of the shows in Sweden?
