As for the guide...my apologies again for taking so long when I said I'd get it done last week...more realistic: by the weekend... Sad to see a newsgroup drown in flotsam & jetsam...
What happened here was that there was a nuclear war while you were off making your guide. Off-topic is now the norm of the Internet. And if you think this is tragic, you should see what has happened to all the alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.* groups!! Oh, the humanity!!!
Don't know how long you've been asleep, Dan, but this yere newsgroup got invaded in January. By a bunch of fudgepackers from Harvard U who "colonize" newsgroups, as they put it, just for fun. Had they done the usual drive-by "Beavis and Butthead" suck flamage, it would have been over in about a week, the way it was with Dusty Thompto, Chris Holt, Reuben King, and Greyfax Grimwald. Unfortunately, the Harvard pussies came in with ATTITUDES. Big words, perfect grammar and perfect spelling. And insults about our womyn. Once they got their asses kicked back up into their esophagi, they slunk off for a while. As you can see, tho, they're back again. The meow-meow posts made sure this group stayed safe for idiocy, Dan. We owe a certain amount of gratitude to the Meow Meow Army.
