I am POSITIVE that it is meat, and not beat... besides, think about both, and the sentence with meat is more BnBish than if it were beat.

One of my favorite quotes is from Be All You Can Be, where the sargent says "Do you know what a quota is?" and Butthead replies, "Uh, 25 cents?" Had me rolling on the floor like some of the other quotes people have posted ;^)
Also, I think Beavis says "Heat of the Beat" also. I've listened closely several times and am almost positive it's beat, not meat. Unfortunately, I don't have any episodes on tape, so I can't go back and check, but I have seen that one several times

Yes, I'm sure. I heard that one long before it was uttered on B&B.
(to the other guy, who is rearranging the words meat and beat, it is "The angle of the dangle is inversely proportional to the heat of the meat." "beat" ain't in there.)
Just because you "heard that one long before it was uttered on B&B" doesn't mean that's how they said it! They do have a tendency to switch words around, in case you haven't noticed. As far as rearranging the words around to say "...to the beat of the meat", that was a bit of humor. Beat... meat... get it! Relax dude, it's really not that big of a deal! Go draw some more airplanes or something.
Well, the reason I asked is because *I've* heard 'heat of the beat' quite a few times before B&B.
I still am not yet convinced of that. I've not had a chance to relisten, and even if I did, 'beat' and 'meat' would probably sound so similar that I'd probably be able to convince myself that they would sound like whatever I wanted them to.
Besides, what difference does it make anyway? Both 'heat of the beat' and 'heat of the meat' make sense in the context of the quote. I think the only way to solve this argument is to have Judge write it down for us.
