They're both clips from the episode where Beavis and Butthead dream of being on various television shows. "Dream On", I think was the name? I found both these clips on a Russian(!) web site with a huge archive.

They've got more media files than any other site I've found, even Antonia's 'thankyoudrivethru' I must have downloaded 100 mb + of vid clips from there.

I'm surprised at the very existence of these die-hard Russian fans. My gut feeling is that much of the show's humor wouldn't translate well into another language(or culture for that matter).
