In regards to the actual topic, I think the first time Beavis says this is when he and Butt-Head are watching that Micky Bolten buttmunch, and he's singing rock. And B-H says the MB could make any kind of music suck and he'll be playing Gansta Rap next. Then Beavis goes into a pretty good impression of the buttwipe and says "Bustin plates on yo ass beeeotch!"
