A german TV station (PRO 7) starts showing Liqud Television this month. Does anybody know, in which episodes Beavis and Butt-Head appear? Was Frog Baseball ever shown on LTV ?

Yes it was. I believe it was the first time Beavis & Butt-head ever aired too, though I may be wrong.

What days/times are they on? However, I doubt it will be the same dubbed into German. What is German for "huh-huh huh-huh" ?

Well, at the moment we only know the original version from MTV. But if they translate it on PRO7, (and I think they'll do it) we should expect the worst....
I know a guy from school who's laughter always reminds me of Beavis&Butthead. His version is "Hoh-Hoh-Hoh".
