The Final Judgement of Beavis, without a doubt, has to be one of the all-time best episodes uh, I mean epichodes

You're all wrong! The best one definately was Way Down Mexico Way, at least of the ones I've seen. Unfortunately, I missed Peace, Love, and Understanding (the Sterculius episode, right?), but I hear that that one was definately a classic too. Too bad I never got to see it!
BTW, I found out the other day that Sterculius, the God of Feces, was a real Greek god, and that he actually was the god of feces, excrement, and other stuff like that. Cool!
I can't remember the name, but it is the episode where B&B are thrown out of all their classes, and end up with Buzzcutt in Sex ED and they are not allowed to laugh.
