Why is it that when Lolita & Tanqueray appeared in "Tornado," one was white and the other was black, but in "Date Bait," both were white?

I have to agree with the original post, tho': Lolita and Tanqueray look totally different in "Date Bait" than they do in "Tornado". Which brings up the obvious question: how many chicks are there in B-n-B's hometown named Lolita and Tanqueray?
