I guess you would have to examine the brain behind the brain-child... but I would label it as a mild case of hyperactivity. Nothing to be alarmed over, nor be seriously concerned with. We should be glad to see such energy and enthusiasm within our youth.

I think the two should go to like... Space camp or something... where they can check out some missles... and take a dump in a bag in weightlessness. ... and each iced cream from a bar....

Or they should go to a veterns hospital with Anderson... need I say more. If I do, you haven't been to one.
