And I hope they see this too.
There we were, at the Big Super Bowl Bash my friend was hosting. He and I spent the whole first half stressing to all the newbies how cool Beavis and Butthead has been. We told em' that alot of the bad press was undeserved. He and I were excited because we figured that for something with as huge rating possibilities as a superbowl halftime, MTV would hand over the programming responsibilities from the usual idiots (who probably don't give a rats ass about B+B) to someone who was capable.
You should have heard us groan when they showed "Citizen Butthead" for the quadrillionth time!
To make it worse, this one of Judge's LAMEST episodes to date.
Why do I think that the lame brained programming idiots, simply saw it as convenient, since it lasted exactly the 30 minutes they needed to fill?
Had the person who schedule that crap enjoyed B+B, or had any skill at all in PR, they would realize that:
a) all the B+B fans said "Screw you MTV" and switched channels like we did. b) potential fans saw the worst stuff that judge has ever done, said "I knew the newspapers were right--this is crap" and will never tune in again.
C'mon MTV. Get someone capable in the drivers seat!
Up yours,
Christian
