Are B&B guilty?

Well, it finally happened. Yesterday in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune (in Los Angeles) there was a cartoon in the opinion section that showed a giant map of California with the L.A. area on fire. Standing next to the map were our dynamic duo smiling and laughing. Beavis was holding an aerosol can and Butthead was holding a lighter (it should've been the other way around obviously). My first reaction was to laugh hysterically but then it occurred to me that the cartoonist might be seriously blaming B&B for the fires... Of course, I immediately cut the cartoon out but I still can't decide if it was meant as a joke...
