Buttland, We have a problem!

Ladies and gentlemen,

There has been a recent rash of posting binaries by one person. This person namely being [email]

I have tried to reason with this person by e-mailing him my concerns, and warned him of the consequences of further posting of binaries. My mesage has gone unheeded.

Because of the beligerant action of this individual, I must be the one to inform everyone that I will be initiating drastic measures against this individual. I will be writing messages to, among others, the postmaster and account administrator of netcom to have action taken against this individual. I ask that others in this group do the same, because these people will be more responsive to many mailings on one person
