So far as the subject of censorship, MTV is not to blame. They are a business out to make money, essentially why anyone does anything. They have probably been forced to bend to the whims of advertisers and tone the show down. B & BH are the biggest goldmine that MTV has ever had, they would be foolish to screw it up. My heart goes out to the individual families who are blaming the show for their problems, but the fact remains that PARENTS are ultimately responsible for the acts of their children. That means they should moniter what a five year old watches. My own mother, who is a fairly liberal woman, watched B & BH and said that there is no way she would let a "youngster" watch it. (No jokes about my mom and liberal, okay... :-( I would concur that MTV should just show uncensored shows at 11 EST. That would eliminate most younger, easily influenced viewers, and keep the rest of us happy. Also, to the ignorant fool who decided to turn this into a forum for his/ her racist tendancies, FUCK YOU you white trash, living in a mobile home Butthead buddy. It is individuals like yourself who spawn children like B & BH who are influenced by stupid cartoons and then ruin a good thing for everyone. If you have to rant about your own political, aryan agenda do it in a college newspaper where it seems acceptable for everyone but caucasians to do so. Sorry, I got off the subject. I really doubt that Sega, Oxy, and Pepe Jeans are going to threaten to pull their ads because something being shown at 11:30 is offending a few people who think everyone should have their values. Someday, MTV just might realize that they're on cable and can play anything the please.
