I have just got the car keys out of Todd's girlfreinds locker and now cannotseem to get anywhere new. How do I get passed the farmer? Where is the remote control for the barn door?

You'll find the remote control up the bunghole of the stuffed bear that the taxidermist sent to the Veteran's Hall.
To get the false teeth you need to get past the farmer you have to give several items to the psycho under the bed at the prison. I forget exactly what they were, but just keep handing him stuff that turns red when you offer it. Eventually the some guards will come along and cart him off to the electric chair and he'll leave our anti-heros his false teeth.
Also, you'll need to get Beavis to stick his hand up the bear's bunghole about three times before the remote pops out.
