I don't expect anyone to give a toss but does anyone know what happened to the reunions of the Eagles and Steely Dan? Were their getting back together just a way of ripping off their fans with old hits performed live, or are either actually planning on doing new material?
I was briefly subjected to some "new" song by the Eagles on the radio recently. It sounded exactly like every other song they ever did. I have so far managed to avoid "new" material from Steely Dan, which would sound like every other song they ever did. If only I could be delivered from the "new" song by the Beatles, which sounds like every other song that Electric Light Orchestra ever did! Which is an improvement for the Beatles (ELO was much, much better than the overrated Beatles), but lamentable nonetheless. Paul would have done better to keep his old band, "WINGER," together and benefit from Linda's positive influence on his music.

Err.. like the Eagles already reunioned already, it was like a special on HBO or somesuch. They didn't exactly rock, and they all looked old and stuff. Don't know about Steely Dan.
BTW Americans don't give a toss about anything, since we don't use that limey buttknocker expression. Round these parts we just say outright, I don't give a fuck. As in: I don't give a fuck about limey buttknockers. Dale doesn't count...

Huh? Oh yeah, in a freak lightning storm blanketing the country; a bolt of lightning simultaneously strikes Paul "Sir Spanks-a-Lot" and Mike "Sir Ass-Kicker". Swapping their names around and generally fucking everything up...or something.
Damnit, even though Paul destroyed that guy, he Spanks, and I Kick! Get it right buttknocker :)
