It would be more to the point to rename the "Felcher of the Week" after Commandante Meow-Meow and award it to the week's *second* most annoying felcher. But we must hold fast to Buttland's traditions, and besides, El Commandante will soon bow down before the one he serves.
If he knows what's good for him, that is.
