If you have access to AOL, you can visit MTV there and they have a weekly schedule that included the B&B episodes.
If not, I think the same information is at the MTV web site. Use your favorite search engine and I am sure you can find it.

Find it? I think mtv is pretty damn easy to find: the infamous Adam Curry site that he had to forfeit to MTV a while back: MTV.COM (you dont even have to type .com! [for netscape users, that is...] )
