Beavis and Butthead haven't revealed their full names yet. Butt-Head's is probably Butt (first) Head (last). There's been mention of a Richard (Dick) Head, BH's cousin, and Jack (Head?), Butthead's uncle. There's been no mention of Beavis' family or their names, spare the facts that his mom's a slut and his dad was probably in the Navy.
For the FAQ, ask Chris Forman. He's the keeper of the FAQ. He posts it here occasionally, but I'm not sure if it's in beavis.cba.uiuc.edu as well.

Butt-head's cousin is called Richard Head. This had led many ppl to the conclusion that Butt-head's real name is: first: Butt, Last: Head
Well, what if his real name was Robert Head? Robert sounds a bit like Richard, and someone might call him Bob for short. Butt-Head isn't that far from Bob Head, especially with Beavis around.
The really big question is, how come all the teachers and stuff call him Butt-head and not Robert? Well, Butt-head probarly liked the name so much that he kind of forgot about his real name... And of course, the birth certificate was blown to pieces or Beavis used his lighter on it...
Or maybe we'll just never know...
