While watching the video of the Bubblemen (the Bubblemen are coming), in 'Beaverly Buttbillies', Beavis tells about the nightmares he is having about those people, they tie him to a chair and get medieval on his ass. The same thing happened in 'Pulp Fiction', did Beavis watch that movie?

Quite possibly. Or maybe he heard it mentioned on MST3K, or in the film "Red Dawn." The expression's been around for quite some time, but was popularized by PF.
