i've been pissed lately because the combination of B&B-watching, and Barney-hating, has resulted in the loss of a significant other. She called me a mindless trend-following zombie.
this is an example of what pisses me off! People who hate something because it ISN'T alternative. Beavis and Butthead have not sold out yet! Their book, as I have heard, has all sorts of fire references in it. THat Ball Breaker episode was a work of pure genius, and there were explosions. The kind of show you wouldn't show a 5-year-old. They didn't edit it out. The management, like everyone here with half a brain (fake Beavis and Butthead @mtv.com included, though it is a stretch), realized that parents shouldn't let small children watch the show, especially since it's on at 11:30 (in Arizona)......
I hope they go into a third season. MTV seems to wipe out all its new episodes within the first two weeks of showing. thats what ya get for putting an animated show on 5 days a week!
come to think of it, the fact that Beavis and Butthead participate in their own newsgroup, is very disturbing. what's next? [email]? [email]?
I wonder who really posts those messages....
now if you don't mind, I'm going to go find the *.barney.die.die.die sections... I'll probably have better luck getting pissed there.
and can't wait to see what the B-guys come up with for the "No Rain" video. it's about time someone realized it sucks...
and bring back the fire.... we have yet to see either one of them light a fart, and I feel the show is incomplete without covering that aspect of society.
