a) What episode is this from? b) What is the text of the joke before that? (They didn't show that part, only the punchline. I'd like to know what the whole joke is.)

b) Uhhhh. I think that WAS the joke... he just says the punchline.
I believe that SICK was one of the few episodes that MTV didn't censor. Nothing was edited before the punchline.
