Hmmm, Try this: Click Help > Check for upgrade If you get a msg saying you have the latest ver then, try Uninstalling, do a reboot, and re-install. I always check multimedia before it gets uploaded, & i've never had that prob with the eps. Hope that helps. i'll chat to ya v.soon, your how-to is nearly ready ;)
