Why do B-n-B have "Death Rock" and "Skull" shirts in the book instead of the usual "AC/DC" and "Metallica" ones? Did the bands not give their permission or something?

My guess is that MTV gets "metion permission" on all bands who send videos to them. They get to say the name of the band (as in "Coming up, X") without having to pay for it EVERY DAMN TIME. MTV extended this mention permission to B&BH. When they went to book format, the publishers did NOT have MP, so they couldn't have that on their shirts anymore.
