	This has been discussed in many articles, and yet it still has become
	the topic of discussion.  My reply has been that they are cartoons, etc.
	Personally, I am reminded of the very fact that two adolescent young
	men are constantly looking at women on videos and obsessing about
	"scoring" with a chick--any chick--!  Any references to "scoring" are
	ALWAYS with a chick.  Hmmmm....

• Beavis is smarter than ButtHead.

	Okay, I must admit that I find this to be true.  He may have not been as
	assertive (emeheeheheheheheh.."ass") in the past episodes, but watch
	the newer episodes and you can clearly tell that Beavis is smarter.
	Of course, ButtHead is a "know-it-all" which I do believe kept Beavis
	down for the first couple of seasons...but watch out!  Beavis is getting
	more sarcastic and more assertive with ButtHead.  He RULES!

• Daria's Masturbation Habits:

	Now...here's where I have to concede that *maybe* there is an underlying
	signal that Daria is "human" and not a cartoon.  I concede only because
	it was a response to a post that I made earlier regarding same subject.
	If Daria does masturbate...who (or what) must she be thinking about?
	HUH?  Tell me that you manly men!  Daria's Fantasies should be
	discussed too if this is to be discussed any further.  Hmmmm...

• Mike Judge is monitoring this Newsgroup.

	I understand that there have been a couple of episodes in which "our" words
	and/or similar storylines have been explored.  Yet...think about it.  Mike
	Judge has a wife and family, he works with eMpTV (ghod, that's enough
	to drive him to drink heaviliy) AND he has Beavis and ButtHead episodes
	to create.
	In your heart of heart's, do you *really* believe that Mike Judge has the
	time to monitor the petty bickering that has gone on here?  If he did, would
	he "lurk" for any length of time?  Hmmmm...

I think the root of this question and of Daria's masturbation habits is: "Do cartoon characters have sex lives?" Beavis admits or alludes to masturbation, ergo, there is no reason to doubt that Daria could masturbate if she felt the need. Then again, Beavis is an admitted liar, so he might not be telling the truth about it. However, the "monkey boy" episode suggests he tells the truth.

If a monkey is spanked in the forest, does it make a sound? I doubt we will see any of these cartoons having sex, so we will never know for sure. Hence the controversy. People hate arguing about things that have an answer.

Although Beavis plays dumb sometimes for effect, he is more sly and wiser. There would be know show if it were not for this tension. Witness: Burns and Allen, Laurell and Hardy, Abbott and Costello, C3PO and R2D2. Which one is smarter? It is not always clear. We all know who is supposed to be the straight man <ehem *straight* heh heh>, but then again it's not always clear who is "smarter".

I think she fantasizes about Buzzcut. Haven't thought over the details, but that's what I think. I think she'd like thinking about doing-it with brutish animalistic guys.

Perhaps, more likely he has some dweeb intern monitoring the group and bringing in the choice material or something. Mike does not write all the material anyway. It could be other writers lurking. I for one, do not care. If it is good stuff, like Hugh E. Rection, I think we should be honored to contribute. I think mention of Buttland in the show would be the ultimate validation of what we do here.
