I was talking with my uncle late Friday night about the state of education in the central Pennsyvlania region (specifically, the Keystone Central School District) and he relayed to me what he thought to be odd information.
Apparently, during an administrative meeting, there was a presentation on drug use in the schools. They were being warned about a new type of "stimulus" that has been on the rise in the area. Guess what it was? Licking toads.
I immediately said to him, "Beavis and Butthead strike again," and proceeded to explain my comment, going so far as to recite the toad bit from B&Bh.
So, THEN we ended up discussing B&Bh, at which time he told me that he will *not* let his children watch it because they are too young to see that the show is a forum for satire and not for example. Maybe my uncle should have had a long talk with Miss Flaming Ohio.
