NOWAY!! When the principal gave Beavis a candy in his office Beavis have already eat some sugar and stuff, so when he got a candy he just passed 'the critical CORNHOLIO concentration'. It took some time between he left Stuart's house and sitted a bit on VanDriessen lesson.
