Which of the two sound files there is the Mac one? Also, how do I listen to the sounds once I have the file? I downloaded it without any problem, but now I don't know what to do with it.

No really - the hqx(binhex) one is the mac version you need binhex to decompress it - most info-mac (sumex-aim.stanford.edu, etc.) archive locations should have this.(see the following note, though.)
