Although I did turn on my t.v. at both 7:00 and 11:00 I didn't get to see the special with Bill Clinton. Am I right in assuming that the special was cancelled?
Beavis and Butthead are merely a satire of those few students in our school systems who are destructive, violent and dumb. It's crazy to force them off the air because somebody thinks they adversely affect other students who are doing well. Not only is it crazy, it's unconstitutional. The liberal fartknockers who take this stance don't recognize the source of the problem. The problem isn't that a few kids are watching shows that "are brainwashing them." [Taken from t.v. story off A&E] The problem is that the parents of these kids don't have the responsibility or the balls(huh huh, he said balls) to switch the channel, or turn the t.v. off.
It would be a different scenario if some invisible hand came in a nd forced everyone to watch beavis and butthead. Then I can see why people might want to censor certain parts. But in this case, you have the power, it is the viewer who is holding the remote in their hands. It is your decision to watch whatever you want to watch. These leftist bumwipes out their want to take that power from you. It is they who want to control what you watch. Personally, I can't stand the thought that there might be a certain group of people out their who want you to watch what they watch. Who elected them god, so they can decide what is good and bad, according to their rules? What rights do they have to curtail the rights of others?
