No it's not just you, yes, this guy is hysterical! If you watch, he's got lots of little short skits, like the one where he's wearing the bondage thing on his head and the leather underwear with the sheep named Roy ("Sounds good, doesn't it, Roy?...ON YOUR RUMP!)
My favorites are his "Poop Stewart" commercials for products like "Bucket" ("With bucket, you can carry gin and limes for highballs with the fellows...Whatever the job, bucket can *handle* it!) and "Alice the Love Monkey" ("Here's Alice out for sodas with the teens...Yum!").
Another good one is his Sinatra-esque rendition of Onyx's "Let the Boys be Boys", where "Slam" turns into "Ham...who wants a ham sandwich, I'm starved!"
