That episode would be Dait Bate
I may be wrong but I believe this is the episode when B and B get beer and drink it on the sidewalk. It was non alcoholic.
I'm not sure, but I know that the name of the beer was "the edge". That might have been the name of the episode. Anyway, it started off with B&B sitting on the couch (wow) watching tv and they saw a commercial for it. Later, when the cop saw them drinking, he gave them drunk tests, and beavis closed his eyes and touched his nad.
