Usually when I set up a newsgroup program I set it to not retrieve older than 3 months. I decided to not to now, and was able to go and check out my old posts as core_dump and (core_ after I took a dump), and in alt.tv.beavis-n-butthead my newsserver goes as far back as 2003!
I decoded my Geek Code online, it changed a few times, and as I was still in college, my geek code said "Age 15-19" and "Just finished high school". I graduated in 2006 and am 25 now.
Heh heh, remember that time we were all making stupid one-two line posts about turds? That's all there too!
And when I was playing with GnuPG and Linux and stuff. (I still do every now and then, but have major grudges against their management, selling out like MTV did when they cancelled Beavis & Butthead to put Backstreet Boys & Ricky Martin Do Men in its time slot.)
And remember the unreleased movie sequel, "Beavis & Butthead Do Geoshitties"? That was there too!
To make Pan for Windows run faster, I just set the program back to "delete after 3 months" again. So I say "thank you, drive through" to the last decade, and head on to the future! (Huhhuhuh, he said "head" - yeah heh)
