Uhhhh.... like, what does 'thank you, drive through' mean? Where does it, like, come from and stuff?

Beavis uses it because he doesn't have a clue. He's been working at Burger World for too long.

They have been working at burger world way too long! I think it is hysterical in the episode 'manners suck' when B-n-BH are in the bathroom trying to take a crap. They are both constipated and Beavis says "Please, please come out of my butt", and when it finally does he says "thank you, drive through." That kills me every time i hear it.
