eating contest- frog blackout

In Eating Contest, when they're at the Save the Frogs Foundation and they're feeding the frogs, Beavis says, "I thought they'd like to eat this." And holds up a string of bratwurst while grabbing a frog. Then the screen goes black for a few seconds and we hear him saying, "Eat! Eat! Eat! "

q: has this scene always been blacked out?
