Okay, here's another Butt-Head phrase...anyone known the meaning of this one? "Cooties-quits!" (Butthead tapping Beavis)

This was used in "Citizen Butt-Head," just before Mr. President presented
them with the Students of the Year plaque.
("huhuhuh...That band sucks!")
Cooties-quits?  Seems to me that's some sort of grade-school thing; anyone
know it's meaning?  B&B flames permitted, and encouraged.

I think it's just a standard cooties game. Billary gave it to BH, BH then gave it to Bv but Bv can't give it back to Bh because Bh said added the "quits" part to it.
